Timeline & Expectations
Every case is different, but we provide a general sense of timing:
- Short-term clarity: Often within days or weeks after your initial session
- Implementation of a Relief Plan: Typically over several weeks to many months, depending
on how many issues you’re addressing
- Legal matters: Can extend over several months or longer, depending on court schedules and complexity
During your initial conversations, we’ll give you a realistic timeframe based on your situation and the program you’re considering.

Do you provide official representation?
No. We provide credit counseling and coaching, not official services. We refer official matters to qualified advisors.
Can you remove negative items from my credit report?
We coach you through disputes and help document errors. We cannot guarantee removal of accurate negative items but assist with best-practice dispute submissions.
Do you offer debt settlement or consolidation?
No. We educate on options and how to evaluate third-party offers but do not operate settlement or consolidation programs.
How long until I see improvement?
Dispute responses can appear in 30–45 days; behavior-based improvements take longer. Your coach will outline realistic timelines.
